  • Provided integration leadership across multiple disciplines including test, engineering, quality, manufacturing operations, certification and logistic support.
  • Coordinated and negotiated requirements with the USAF customer and other Government stakeholders to ensure that both Boeing and Government objectives were met.
  • Led Configuration management team. Used numerous engineering programs including CMPro, and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) within an ERP system.

Senior Manager - Supplier Program Management

  • Led the KC-46 Supplier Management Business Team. Led this team through a complex design and certification program. Supported on time deliveries of hardware and software to achieve development milestones and achieve rate readiness for Low Rate Initial Production.
  • Led the KC-46 Supplier Program Management team. Responsible for technical performance of Boeing suppliers including software development projects to deliver flight controls and other system software.

Engineering Leader

United States Navy

Commander (Retired). 22 years of active duty taking on progressively increasing leadership roles culminating in assignment as Program Manager of USN Northwest Regional Maintenance Center for surface ship maintenance and modernization.

  • Program Manager – Northwest Regional Maintenance Center. Responsible for all aspects of maintenance and modernization of five US Naval vessels (with a capital value in excess of 3 billion dollars). Managed 240 military personnel production department, and 50 civilian staff.
  • SEVENTH Fleet – Chief of Staff for Maintenance and Engineering. Directed planning and execution of maintenance for US Naval vessels deployed throughout Southeast Asia and Australia
